Intellectually, I know that trashing the Senate’s meadow-muffin now would be playing into Mitch McConnell’s hands – and this Progressive understands that just about(*) anything that comes of of a Democrat-dominated Congress is better’n just about anything the republikans would offer.
But dammit, in return for supporting this ugly step-child of reform to bolster the President’s credibility, I want to see a couple of heads on pikes for the way the Admin & the Dem leadership farqued up the BASICS of political hard-ball… that you start the game demanding MORE than you expect to get – you don’t open the first round by asking the bad-guys what they’ll let you keep!
[More horse analogies](*) Please offer your thoughts on how Progressives can show politicians that there are consequences for hitching us to their team to achieve victory – then forgetting to feed or water us once they get into power. Because unless some penalty is exacted for the way Progressive interests were ignored in HCR, there will be no disincentive to screw us again – harder – the next time.

I am not a conspiracy type person, but tea baggers are, and so think about this.
As the tea baggers and all the crazy right wing nuts come up with conspiracies…and how the government is “out to get them and their God and guns”, why are they supporters of Fox, which is, after all, owned by a person that is NOT an “American”?
You would think they would jump all over this…Rupert Murdoch is not an American, and he is doing everything in his power to spread lies and misinformation like Tokyo Rose.
Here’s the conspiracy: Rupert Murdoch has decided to use the United States as an evil experiment. He is using his power through the media, to politically manipulate the minds and souls of the American people. And, unfortunately, has had a great deal of success.
So let’s look into this conspiracy. Because, after all, what is his agenda for allowing the out-and-out lies that are shown daily on Fox News?

Look at the background of Murdoch. What was the name of the guy who mysteriously died by falling out of a boat in the ocean so Murdoch could take over?
Why did Murdoch, not a U.S. citizen get a backdoor exemption to own USA media-which is against the law.
How can he afford to literally loose Billions of dollars year after year, to keep many of his media assets going? Just look at the Glen Bech Show-another looser.
