Thanks everybody who’s been nominating me for the Shorty Awards;
apparently there is nothing to this process but the nomination
process, there is never any voting.
These type of contests will show up now and then on the internet and I
can’t tell you guys how much I appreciate you adding me to those.
*Tear rolls down face* Whether I win or not, it’s just great to be
nominated. I guess the difficult part is what to nominate me for,
since I do so much stuff. I suppose humor and music would be the two
most to focus on, so if you’ll hit me up for the humor one more that
would help me out more on Twitter. I’m going to open up a band Twitter
account about the time the album comes out — but for the most part,
humor is the way to go.

Due to popular demand, I’m going to make a regular thing out of the
weekly streaming web show. Obviously every Wednesday I do Humpdays
with Hal on The Stephanie Miller Show, but beyond that I’ll also be
doing a weekly stream of the Hal Sparks Hot Sexy Cam Show from my home
studio with the rare exception of next week – I’ll be streaming form
Dubai on Thursday, the day of the show and technology willing, I may
even be able to stream a short show from the top of the tallest
man-made structure in the world, the Burj Khalifa.
My Farsi is a little rusty but I wouldn’t be surprised if Khalifa
means “hubris.” But I suppose I’ll find out when we get there. If I
can, I’ll try and get my dear friend Jon Lovitz, who I’m performing
with, to join me on the show.

I will be hosting the Mercy for Animals “celebrating compassion” gala
January 23rd in Manhattan at the Prince George Ballroom. While tickets
and donations are always a welcome place for you to put your money,
they’re also seeking volunteers to work the evening and help it be
every bit as spectacular as it should. You can RSVP here on Facebook

I will be hosting the awards for the Intimate Apparel industry
February 2nd in New York City. The Femmy Awards are produced by the
Underfashion club to support its scholarships, awards, internships and
grant programs for the future thong-makers of America – which was, for
the record, my favorite club in high school.
All joking aside, it’s a really nice award show I’m really happy to be
hosting. It’s so nice I have to borrow a suit to wear. No word yet on
whether I’ll go commando or be provided with special underwear by the
organization itself.

Oh and don’t worry… I realize there is a chance I could Bomb at the Underwear awards..but I doubt that’ll get me added to a No-Fly list – Whacka-Whacka-whacka..ahem..sorry..

Requests have been coming in enough to where I think it’s valuable
that I start doing shows overseas. I get a lot of request from
Australia, England, the Netherlands and Sweden and the like, so I’d
really like to start making that happen.
The issue is: Where? And this is where you come in.
