In line for a taxi I always wonder what adventure I will experience getting into a car that a stranger essentially lives in 15 hours a day… Tonight I’m in Jesus cab.. The driver is BLASTING Christian radio, as if the problem with getting god’s message out is Volume.. And the cab smells like talcum powder… It’s like being beaten with freshness
Hey everybody!
THis has been a rather tumultuous time for yours truly. As it often is with life there is equal parts beautiful and challenging but I have been seized lately with an overwhelming sense of optimism… and with good reason..
This week ZERO 1 returns to the scene of the crime.. The Viper Room in Hollywood… this is the first place I ever played with ZERO 1 and my old line up, The inimitable, hyper-talented brother from another mother that is Robert Hall and my Smart, deep thinking, creative and caring cousin Miles Loretta…
And now we have returned .. It is an honor to restart the new chapter with the Band in the same place we began…
And I am so lucky and proud to be playing with..

I frigging love thewse guys and they are too talented to work with me and I can’t tell them how much I appreciate it.. so I’m just going to try and get as many groupies to the show as possible..
It’s the least I can do..
Due to popular demand, I’m going to make a regular thing out of the
weekly streaming web show. Obviously every Wednesday I do Humpdays
with Hal on The Stephanie Miller Show, but beyond that I’ll also be
doing a weekly stream of the Hal Sparks Hot Sexy Cam Show from my home
studio with the rare exception of next week – I’ll be streaming form
Dubai on Thursday, the day of the show and technology willing, I may
even be able to stream a short show from the top of the tallest
man-made structure in the world, the Burj Khalifa.
My Farsi is a little rusty but I wouldn’t be surprised if Khalifa
means “hubris.” But I suppose I’ll find out when we get there. If I
can, I’ll try and get my dear friend Jon Lovitz, who I’m performing
with, to join me on the show.
I’m coming to NYC to be on the Joy Bahar show, the Stephanie Miller show and to have some meetings about my book. Tuesday through Thursday morn.. Then off to Seattle for the Snoqualmie show.. Whirlwind week 
While I”m there I’ll be hanging with the enormously talented @MrDaveHill and my dear friend and Colleague (Yeah…that’s right… I have colleagues!) David Bender…
I’m hoping to buzz by the Rachel Maddow Show to say Hi as well
